1. Check Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags (if applicable).
• Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Contact Us

• To begin the return process, email admin@fitkairosis.com with the following details:
• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return
• Photo(s) if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

3. Ship Your Return

Once your return is approved, you will receive our return address and full instructions.

Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
