FitKairosis was started by a 15-year-old Uzair Khan who trained seriously and got tired of paying premium prices for gear that didn't match the work being put in. So he built his own.
No business degree. No startup funding. No connections in the industry. Just a kid in Auckland who figured out supply chains, marketing, and fulfilment between school and the gym, and turned it into a multi-six-figure brand before finishing high school.
